Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales on GhostWare.cc are final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances for digital products, including but not limited to:
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or exposed (e.g. the license key has been revealed), it is considered used and cannot be refunded or resold.
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.”
By purchasing from our site, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal and acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
If you encounter technical problems, please contact our support team via Discord or at . We will do our best to assist you. However, a lack of compatibility, personal dissatisfaction, or game account penalties are not valid reasons for a refund.
Attempts to reverse payments (e.g. chargebacks) will be disputed and may result in a permanent ban from our services. We maintain logs of delivery and access for evidence in case of disputes.
